Having local events in a fun and family friendly setting is a great feature. Kids play outside and the area is real clean. Schools are top notch. Lots of dog owners walking there dogs!

Fully fenced yards The whole city of Peoria feels very homey and comfortable. You always see people walking their dogs and picking up after the area. Still just as I remember it. However we do not have public transportation. We have some great parks for all ages. Resident 2y ago. They are always family friend and very busy go come early. They're are a lot of dogs in the area though. My family also near by. Pretty much run around free in some neighborhoods".

Great school district. Safe and feels secure. Near convenient shopping and restaurants. Quiet for the most part and family friendly. My commute is easy. There are lots of bus stops and city transportation in my area that are easy to access. A great area to live!
