Due to the nature of some of our decorative windows some of them had to have templates made to insure proper fit. The manager of the instillation teams came after the initial measurements to make the template himself. The instillation took two days which impressed my wife and I. We are in a second floor condo which proved to be no problem for the installers. When they were finished we were instructed how to operate the windows and how the windows would be inspected by the building inspector.
They left the house in a clean and orderly manner. The team who installed our windows where polite and well versed in their product. Would have no problem recommending them in the future. The onsite manager did a great job..
